Been about two weeks since I last updated and that wasn't really an entry so...
Mom got her driver's license, yay. She's still not very comfortable driving much but she at least can run small errands without me if she needs to.
Got something of an awesome christmas gift. Chris got his uncle's old plasma TV for us and we've been working on that the past few days. It's a decent set but it died a year ago, at first we replaced a 75c fuse in the back and that got it mostly working again. We have a power supply board on order and hopefully that'll fix it completely.
It's a shame the fuse didn't fix everything because it'd be amusing to tell people we fixed a $1500 TV with a 75c fuse but $230 isn't bad either. There might be 1-2 more boards that might need replacing but in total it would still be less than half of what the TV originally cost and it beats any TV we've ever had.
This was my first week where I only had to work Saturday, it was quite nice and refreshing and I even managed to get things done still! The way class is looking I'll be able to get one class maybe, there was a last minute thing with financial aid that threw a wrench in the works so I might not go winter quarter.
I'd like to work something freelance on the side for spending money but I haven't figured out what I could do there. Also I'm thinking about getting some books on electronics and just reading in my spare time too. I need to keep myself from getting down while working only 1 day a week, especially if I have to wait on school until spring. |

Morning Routine!
1. What time do you usually wake up on weekdays?
Somewhere between four AM and five AM.
1. What about weekends?
Whenever I feel like it. :D (Normally 'round ten-ish or so)
1. What do you eat for breakfast?
Cereal. Really sugary toasty cereal. Mmm.
1. Do you take a shower at night or in the morning?
Always after work. In the morning I am too zombie-like to care, but after work I smell like work and want that off of me plz. So showers happen after work.
1. How long does it take you to get ready?
Twenty minutes? I don't know, I've never actually checked. D:
And now, to sleep! It's misting outside and it looks like fog... or snow. I know it's not snow, but it looks like it.
Anyway, yes, still going to bed. Sleep well~ I'll actually have an actual post later.. hopefully. XD It's been a while since I last wrote here. Hm~
